COMPUTER OPERATIONS

The Computer operations at Ecodyne Heat Exchangers are centered around a Windows based network environment. All office personnel and plant supervisory staff are equipped with a Pentium® based, multimedia equipped personal computers for continuous user training.

The precision of our design work is based upon our proprietary thermal design, estimating, engineering analysis, and automated Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs, including our state-of-the-art 3D Solid Modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) capabilities. All of the programs on these systems are internally developed and maintained and are based exclusively on proprietary experimental data.

An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is being used to facilitate the control and distribution of all internal and external manufacturing, scheduling, procurement, receiving and shipping information.
